Tenants seem nice but management does not take care of their residents. Every tenant I spoke with had nothing good to say about management!
Katy Creek is a wonderful place to live.
Okay rough getting deposit paid $700. Very quiet and comfortable.8mos.since moved in.
My mother was placed here in December and I've had nothing but problems with getting ahold of the manager . I have called for a week also showed up at location no one is ever there. I need things done and signed for my mother. This place promise you they are on top of things , told I would get phone call back which never happens. I want to know who even works there?? These people want their money only but doesn't want to help their residents at all. This place needs upgrades and better people working there to get things done... read more
