We have had a bad experience with this business regarding refund. They did our taxes for 4 years and two years back got Irs audit letter stating we have claimed more refund than what we were supposed to for 2018. I checked my bank info and it was only the amout I was supposed to receive. but to my surprise the IRS account showed twice the refund received that was delivered to an unknown bank account in CA which I am sure is theirs. I spoke to IRS, and made a report with Police, but unfortunately I have to repay the 5K that s... read more

This place has become a joke. I have had a my business mailbox at this business for years. Up until a couple of months ago it has been a great reliable place of business. Now the business has shut down with no warning or notification to m we. I cannot get to my mailbox or receive packages. I'm pretty sure it's a federal crime for them to receive mail and not give me access to it.
