I’ve never connected with a therapist like I have with Kat. Sessions seem like a breath of fresh air, yet hold so much space for reflection, analysis and growth. After meeting so many people that also see Kat, it’s clear what a life changing human she is. She goes above and beyond to schedule you at a time that suits, even if that means she’s awake at 5am.

What sets her apart is how incredibly relatable she is, she makes you feel like you’re talking to someone who truly gets it, while bringing her expertise and insight to every session. Kat has a natural warmth and zero judgment, creating a space where you feel completely safe to open up. She doesn’t just help you cope, she helps you grow.
