I cannot speak more highly enough of Katrina and the life-changing work she does. Kat is an absolute wonder. The incredible difference it makes to your life to have the RIGHT person. To decipher the codes of your mind is liberating and life changing, not only for yourself. I would definitely recommend this retreat. Kat is very knowledgeable and approachable. Everyone gained a lot from the experience. The creative art experience was inspirational. It was a very inclusive and kind environment to be in. The resort was excellent. Beautiful views and great accommodation.
I started my journey with what I thought was an open mind. But Kat was able to open it further. She knows what to say and also, when not to say anything. She’s such a lovely person and she made everybody feel so loved. I left the retreat feeling lighter and happier and loving myself more. I would thoroughly recommend Kat!
Just Wow What an absolutely magical journey/ experience I had on the ‘Intentional Intimacy Retreat’.. I could not recommend Katrina as a therapist more highly!
