Katrina is something special. I was a little hesitant at first as I'd never had hypnotherapy but within a few minutes of meeting Katrina I knew I had made a good decision. Her calm, confident manner instantly put me at ease and her read on my situation was spot on. After 5 sessions with Karina, I feel changed for the better. I still don't know exactly how it all works, but for me it absolutely did!
Working with Katrina over the past few weeks has been a great experience! Her gentle non judgmental nature made me feel safe and supported though each session. The Hypnos i was given helped me understand myself deeper and assisted me with the shift i needed. Would highly reccommend!
Katrina helped me when I was at my worst and I learned how to break down my anxiety and she gave me the tools to help live with it. It's not just hypno, it's a great weekly check-in with no judgement and it become a safe space for me and every week we could see different broken down parts of my anxiety getting better. The hypno was perfect for dealing with a high level of anxiety where normal counselling wasn't the best option for me because it actually made me more anxious having to go.
