Hands down — Katrina is one of the best massage therapists in town. I've worked with her over the last year and she has been kind, respectful, and attentive every time. I've fallen asleep multiple times mid-session and always leave her studio rejuvenated and lighter. Best of all, Katrina approaches her work with immense care and curiosity — adjusting to whatever needs or tightness I have on a given day and sharing new techniques she's always adding to her repertoire of massage skills.
Katrina is extremely skilled and continues to learn new techniques. She is intuitive and provides education and training on anatomy/physiology and stretches to take with me into the real world. I recommend Katrina to everyone I know and could not be happier to have been recommended to her by my personal trainer.
The massage, esp with the hot stones, was so relaxing and I felt how much easier it was for my body to let go afterwards. Slept great too! Katrina brings a lot of care to her practice and the space, highly recommend!
Great experience with Katrina - I have been seeing her regularly for over a year. She is careful and curious and always looks for the root issue with whatever pain I am experiencing, I have learned so much from her! Highly recommend.
