Love this company top notch team always there for us
I called and asked for a taxi from Katonah to Katonah and the person that answered was so rude. I literally asked for a uber and repeated the address while the caller told me “you told me three times already” and “don’t bother calling back his phone number again”
On time and very safe drivers. I am a nervous passenger and they really respect that. A good local resource!
I am a regular visitor to Westchester County and ALWAYS use Katona Taxis to get around. I have a favourite driver but I have found all the drivers to be safe and reliable. Additionally, in my experience, the cars are always immaculate. I cannot ever imagine me using a firm other than Katona Taxis.
