I went to Katie's Tax Services for the first and last time this year. The experience was highly unprofessional, I needed to drive to the location twice which was highly unusual given my previous accounting experiences. Additionally, when I was called to return the second time I was told I had to submit by March 15 (my first time filing as an LTD) but then upon arrival after making many arrangements to get there on a Saturday before leaving for a vacation, I was told I had until April 15.
