Katie was brilliant. I felt really safe and relaxed throughout the session. She gave me some basic stretches to help me as well. Highly recommend for remedial massage therapy.

It feels as if Katie has a sixth sense and finds any extra troublesome spots and works where the pain is referring from. Not to mention the TABLE WARMER - ahhhhhhhhhhhh fantastic 👌 So, don't bother looking anywhere else, this will be The best remedial massage you'll ever receive.
Katie is very knowledgeable about the body and the way it moves and interacts. She checks in at the beginning of each appointment to understand my current state and then actively listens throughout as she treats. As someone with chronic migraine, Katie’s holistic approach to understand the other aspects of my treatment plan and tailor her approach, including exercises I can continue at home, is invaluable in our weekly sessions. Lovely person and highly recommend.
