Katie was amazing and was exactly what we were looking for in a photographer! She was such a calming presence and we felt totally at ease. I was not someone who enjoyed the wedding planning process (at all) - Katie was able to provide me with some helpful suggestions and she was so patient with my delays in mapping out the day and timelines. I met Katie at work. She shot my wedding in Mt. Vernon, Baltimore. She did a great job. She was very pleasant to work with. She did a great job capturing the moment and she also did a great job capturing details of the wedding like flowers, rings, and scenery. I was very happy with the final pictures and would recommend her to friends. She was prompt and easy to work with. In fact I used her again for my baby shower a few years later.
I met Katie while in Graduate school in Baltimore, Maryland and have worked with her three times over the past few years. We hired her to take my maternity and newborn photos when I was pregnant with my first child, and recently had a family portrait session with her. She's become my go-to photographer in the area! I had to opportunity to hire Katie for shooting some formal family portraits, and we were not disappointed. Her classy style was what we were looking for in a timeless and memorable portrait. She was very personable and easy to work with, and we did not feel rushed like other photographers. She truly made us feel comfortable in front of the camera.
