Katie took the lead on taking out an equity line on our home in case of an emergency. Katie knew the money was not needed. Katie, bc she felt she new us so well, did not do her due diligence as a mortgage officer and did not take the time to review all the details of the home equity line including a 10k closing cost that was not labeled a closing cost.
