The first time Katie did our family photos they were great and she got them to us in a timely manner. That's why I'm keeping this at least 2 stars instead of 1. We went back for family photos again. That's proofs looked good however after we submitted the 15 photos we wanted (which we had to remind her were submitted on the website), Katie kept pushing back the date they would be finished. The most significant concerns are professionalism, timelines & communication. I constantly followed up due to her lack of communication as I waited past the deadline for my photos. Whenever I did follow up, she was short & inattentive. Once, she mentioned how my previous email when to "spam" but never cared to apologize for the delay. My wedding was on 10-8-22, and I received the 60 poorly edited photos back on 12-20-22, practically 12 weeks later. Her posing & background choice left a ton to be desired. Our pictures were perfect! She took extra time to get our little ones calmed down and even brought out her horses to make them smile! We will be returning yearly!

We have used Katie's services at several of our events with the Academy of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. She shows up prepared to take many pre-designated photos of groups and individuals and she has always captured all photos requested. She also has always done a great job at capturing the event with candids and speaker shots. Quality work every time!
