Used this firm to set up an LLC. She uses a template, refuses to return calls or emails and just wants the billable hours. Steer clear if you don’t want more than what legal zoom could do for half the price.
I highly recommend Katie and her team. I was a bit skeptical at first because I found her online, but in the end I walked away with my company trademark with her assistance.
When hit with a real legal issue, this team had no problem taking my money and offering only the bare minimum in effort when it came to solutions. I should have known not to move forward with them after I had to call and remind them of our first appointment 10 minutes after it was supposed to start. When it comes to communication, you will have to keep on top of them, and they do not like to be reminded that they owe you anything. For anyone with serious legal matters, I definitely suggest going elsewhere.
