Katie is the only massage therapist I will go to! She takes the time to work out any problem areas and uses multiple techniques. She has a vast knowledge in her skill set and her space is peaceful, beautiful, and private. Being a CrossFit athlete, I appreciate that Katie is also an athlete that knows how to work with sore muscles. She also takes the time to let me know after each session what felt tightest and a few exercises at home that I can do to improve them. 100% recommend Katie!
