Did an evaluation with Katie yesterday and she gave me so much insight in improving my daily wear on my calves and feet. The dry needling made my calves feel so much better! I went in with them feeling like rocks, by the time I left they were so soft. I highly recommend Katie as your Physical Therapist!
Courtney is absolutely amazing! Not sure how I capture all of her positive facets in this review because she is so fantastic. Results driven, thorough, supportive, personable . . . Courtney takes the time to listen to her clients, diagnosis and describe the problem, and establish a path to recovery. Dry needling, cupping, stretching, and deep tissue massage might sound scary, but Courtney puts you at ease making sure you stay comfortable throughout the therapy.
From injury rehab comeback to injury prevention, these ladies customize every session to meet your needs. I couldn’t ask for a better PT duo than Katie and Courtney!
Dr. Katie is terrific! I weight lift and do CrossFit and when my body needs some help and recovery I can count on Dr. Katie and her associate Dr. Courtney. They spend an entire hour working on the problem, educating me on what to do at home and how to recover as fast and as safe as possible. They offer an up front direct care plan which is very refreshing.
