Katie and Courtney are a breath of fresh air. They critically think through your overall wellbeing, are optimistic and insightful, and deliver immediate results. I am so happy I found them and am pain free.

Edited to add: Thank you for using your new soft wave service on my ankles and calves! No more problems at all when I run. Feels so much better! I love being able to work out. Katie Andrews is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with.
