Major lack of communication. Couldn't get anyone to answer a phone call or text back to help with our issue. Although we paid we didnt get any taxes back through this company. We ended up having to pay and file again elsewhere. No refund or way to fix the mistake was offered. My experience was unfortunately terrible and I wouldn't recommend.
Lack of communication definitely will ignore you just a number to them all they want is money Edit we are 3 months in and still no help I guess your to busy to talk to little people I would never recommend you to any one not that it matters to you you've made that quite obvious
