They were very kind throughout the process. My husband and I were in kind of a tough situation and we were not expecting to get a refund, just a bill. We were pleasantly surprised to get a pretty decent refund. Ive always gone to h&r block and I am grateful I didnt this time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tina is my tax lady who always takes great care of us! I’ve been going to her for about 15 years, and she always makes sure we get the best outcome possible instead of ending up owing. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and makes the whole tax process easy and stress-free. If you need your taxes done stay away! Took 8 months for them to do my taxes last year, yes 8 months. Constantly ignored my phone calls. When she did answer she always had to call back, which she never called back. Fast forward to today. Took 4 weeks to get a copy of my returns for my new tax guy. She answered the first time, told me she would call me back once she got to her office. Of course she did not call back. I called again, no answer. This is the most unprofessional and ridiculous business anyone could ever try to work with. My elderly, blind mother in law came to Kathy to have her taxes done 2 YEARS AGO. And this woman refuses to file her taxes, or return her phone calls. When we have gotten her on the phone, we are given the runaround. As my mother in law in blind, Kathy told my mother in law a friend of hers would be able to pick up the tax papers for her. Major lack of communication. Couldn't get anyone to answer a phone call or text back to help with our issue. Although we paid we didnt get any taxes back through this company. We ended up having to pay and file again elsewhere. No refund or way to fix the mistake was offered. My experience was unfortunately terrible and I wouldn't recommend.
