I used Kathy twice, 1st year she was nice and I was very happy with her service. This year I went and she insulted me about my future goal with doing e-commerce and starting my own freelance marketing digital photography business for realtors,car dealerships, etc. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked questions about how taxes may be different now that I was a first time home buyer. She also quite frankly just rushed me out the door even when we weren't done due to her poor scheduling. I will never use her again!
Kathy is a well known tax professional in the community having served many businesses for years and years. She has been understanding and quick to respond to our questions as new business owners. She helps us improve our organization of finances/tax documents each year. When we are missing key documents she sends us home with a to do list and follows up promptly. I always feel warm and welcome in her office and would recommend her services to my family, friends and fellow small businesses.
Kathy has been doing our taxes for more then 30 years. She is so pleasant and easy to work with. She always has clear and honest advice in terms of what, and how to prepare and plan for annual taxes. Additionally, Kathy has been instrumental in assisting with a startup business plan for a small business of a family member.
