Recently applied for a mortgage and was fortunate to have Kathy as the Loan Officer handling the process. Her effective communication skills coupled with her constant management of the details ensured the loan was completed in the time commitment she stated on day one. There were gliches along the way, but Kathy was quick to resolve them and keep the process moving forward. Made it as easy as a mortgage can be.
