Called Kathy to get options for our upcoming mortgage renewal. She will not answer emails or calls. We had a Preapproval and suddenly that went away and she said we needed an additional 15,000 on top of the 20% we already had knowing we did not have anymore to put down. Definitely would not recommend she will not answer calls emails. She has no answers very difficult to work with.
