I recently started to see Kathy monthly, and I wish I could go more often! I get so excited because it truly feels like an escape. I love that she addresses quite a few concerns at one time and will tell you what points correlate with what you're working on. I especially appreciate she's so adaptable if there is a tender spot you can't quite handle yet. I love this so much because it is the closest I have ever come to meditation and the most relaxed hour of my month. Stress, anxiety, and fear melt away under Kathy's care.
