Terrible experience. After paying for their services, I tried to call multiple times to make sure my taxes were being handled. No one ever answered and I never got a call back. They called me after the deadline passed to tell me they forgot to file my taxes. I was penalized and had to pay that, also had to pay another tax service to help me file and still never received a refund from Kathy.
