I came into this thinking this was going to be a waste of time. I thought there was NO WAY we'd come to an agreement on these two issues that had kept us at bay for 2 years on this divorce. We pushed through, and she had us signing a decree within the same day. Kathy thanks for all your hard work.
Kathy was the mediator that was used for my divorce a few months ago. At times I felt that she was not fully impartial during the mediation process. I felt that she was more aligned with my spouse and my spouses point of view. She made a few comments that felt to me like my position was not as valid and was not considered or taken seriously. It also appears that my spouse was charged less than half of the cost of mediation.
