Staff very friendly and professional. Called a few days ago to have a new electrical outlet above fireplace. They scheduled us to come out within two days.They were able to put outlet exactly where we wanted it. They kept checking with us before they did anything. Great work. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the work.
Jim was awesome - he helped us figure out the best place to move an outlet and made sure that everything was going to look nice and functional. He answered all of our questions and helped us decide on what future services we would need. I made the appointment somewhat last minute and they were right on time and very professional. 5/5 would use again!
Jim with Kathy Electrical Repairs Co came out and figured out my best options! Jim arrived promptly and did a wonderful job on everything. He and I did some further brainstorming on the placement of one of my new outlets and came up with an even simpler/cleaner solution than original. Would definitely recommend and use these guys again.
This place is great! Jim arrived right on time and was extremely professional. He installed tons of smart switches and some floodlights for us. The work took less time than we anticipated and was done extremely well. Jim also took the extra step and vacuumed up the dust left from the light switch instillation. I highly recommend this place.
From the initial contact with Jim and his team to our onsite consultation with him , everyone was friendly, professional and looking towards our best interest. It really felt like I was dealing with family and friends rather than a business. He went above and beyond really ensuring we understood our work and provided her expertise. No pressure sales, no quick to leave she gave us her attention and we walked away excited about the upcoming work.
