I have two tears in my right meniscus that occurred a year ago. The pain was so bad I agreed to surgery. But before I did that, I went to Dr. Kathy Thomas. She did acupuncture treatments and started me on Chinese herbs. I felt so much better, I cancelled the surgery. This past weekend I climbed the 219 steps of the St. Augustine Lighthouse without pain, up and down. Please see Dr. Kathy before you have surgery. She is the most compassionate physician I have ever met, and she gets results without scars and recovery time.
