Our Aunt, lived in Kathryn’s House for the last two and a half years of her life. The care was wonderful. She was treated compassionately, individually and allowed to make her own decisions for as long as possible. Adam (the manager) kept us updated at every opportunity. Kathryn’s house is an excellent care home where all the staff really care.
I would not like to give any stars to this nursing home as my mother was removed from here by social services because of neglect. My mother had dementia so thankfully she did not remember the treatment that this home showed her.
Good experience and good atmosphere good staffs everything is perfect
When my 85 year old Brother Anothy had to give up his home due to him having several falls and his health was failing, Went into Kathryne's House care home ,Guildford, The care they gave him was second to none, Wonderful careing staff, nothing was to much trouble, My Brother has since passed away, I would like to offer my appreciation to the staff who cared for him, I would highly recommend Kathryn's care home.
