I had both a good and questionable experience with Kathryn V Ross, CPA When speaking to Kathryn she was professional and familiar with that tax laws. Her front office staff was extremly courteous and helpful also. The issue I had however, was whoever completed the return for Kathryn to review did not listen to two items I discussed with Kathryn, and they were pretty clear tax items that should have been completed correctly. Kathryn Ross Accounting has been doing my taxes since 2014. She has an excellent support staff, efficient and professional. Chery, at the front desk, is EXCEPTIONAL. Although the company is on the other side of town, It's NEVER a problem communicating with this office or getting service. The response time is timely and EFFICIENT!
