Kathryn is a very talented body worker. I've seen her more than a few times now and will keep going back.
Update: I finally had a massage with energy work. It was an amazing massage. I will always choose a massage therapist that also understands energy work. My muscles felt amazing and I felt an energetic shift. My mind was blown. I had the pleasure of working with Katheryn over the weekend. She has a high vibration, intuitive, and a healer. I highly recommend her for energy work healing.

Best massage I’ve ever had, although massage isn’t the right word. It wasn’t just a soothing rub on the back. I have some serious tightness in my legs and we got in there with stones and cupping and rolfing. I also received some foam rolling and stretching suggestions to keep working on the issue at home. 10/10 highly recommend if you want actual body manipulation
