Katie is simply the best! She was not only amazing before and on the day but in the weeks following! Before the wedding, we were in great communication about the schedule. On the day, we even ran ahead of schedule while getting more set ups, and she made everyone feel relaxed and at ease. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Had a nice phone conversation in August where we discussed my event and she said she would send over an email for us to look at pricing and packages.... then nothing. Received no email and no response to our follow up emails to her. She ghosted us. A month and a half later on we were added to her promotional email list and started getting spam emails about her fall mini sessions. Make it make sense???
