I am not sure what is going on with Ms. Espinoza, I had an appointment with her and after much trouble identifying where her office was. (No signage except inside the building in a hallway) And no answer at her office phone I arrived at her office to be told by an architect that shared office space with her, that she was unable to make the appointment, and had left no suggestion with this individual of when she could reschedule? I was told she didn't have my contact information. (seems odd that a call log was not generated) ... read more
