Had significant neck and shoulder pain from hunching over a computer for too many hours/days. The team worked on me using a few methodologies, and I came away relaxed and very comfortable. I have only been to one other massage therapist, and was nervous it may feel awkward, but the entire team was warm and friendly, while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism. It made me feel immediately at ease. I will definitely be back, when I come back to Lexington.
Fortunately I discovered Kathleen @ Better Back and Beyond Massage and Pain Clinic. If possible, I recommend you Treat yourself to a rejuvenating massage experience. 5 stars I will be returning
Scheduled a 60 min massage / relaxation appointment with Kathleen. She was very knowledgeable and experienced. Her treatment targeted all of my triggers and pain. The whole experience was very professional and relaxing. I recommend better back for sure!
I have to say I was very pleased with my experience with Kathleen. When I walked in I was surprised by the ambiance of the place, it was truly beautiful and the smell was amazing. I had been experiencing pain in my lower back and in my shoulders. I can say that what she did was amazing, I actually felt such relief when I got off that table. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back.
Kathleen & Lisa are AMAZING & Truly do care about what they do and all their clients! I’m so incredibly thankful to have met them.
