Kathleen is a skilled physical therapist and I'm grateful for my time with her in treating a frozen shoulder. She has helped me understand how my posture has contributed to the problem and helped me get started working on recovery.
Kathleen is amazing, She has been working with my daughter after a torn ACL/Meniscus and I can see how much her approach is helping. She doesn't just focus on the injury but the whole body, to prevent reinjury. She is a smart PT who takes time to see the full problem, unlike some other PT's who are almost following a script. Highly recommend.
Dr McDonough has the perfect combination of physical therapy and Pilates skills. She not only treats any injury but gives you tools to maintain and strengthen your body. I learn techniques every session that I wish I had known earlier in life. She is an excellent clinician and teacher!
