The children learned some breathwork, positive affirmations and then were treated to sound therapy. The children got so much out of it, love their affirmation cards and book that Kathleen gifted, and have continued talking about it afterwards. I had no idea what kinesiology could do with the right practitioner. Kathleen immediately teased out, confirmed and healed what counselling, in my experience, has never been able to. She laser pointed my childhood trauma and has made my world a better place. Highly recommend!
