Katherine Sabo is morally unethical and pervasive in her attempts to sway the court. The court is aware of her unethical behavior and will discredit many of her arguments without even listening to them. In a hearing regarding Kates incompetence the court states: Sabo recklessly and repeatedly failed to perform legal services with competence in violation of rule 3-110a of the rules of professional misconduct.
