Katherine was my first doctor when I decided to try Acupuncture out of curiosity. This is such a personalized way for taking care of and learning about your own body and well-being. The relaxation, good sleep and detox is INSTANT after the session. I see Katherine at least twice a month because I want to see the results in the long-run and it just gets better with every time. After a long couple years of built up stress, I decided to reach out to Kat for some guidance and to try acupuncture as a method of helping to relive blockage and stress in my body. She was wonderful at listening as we went through intimate and highly personal information. I have had a long time aversion to needles, knowing this, her approach was comforting and descriptive as she used her extensive training and practice to sooth my nerves while addressing my chi. Initially I went to see Kat in order to help with my restless sleep. She was super informative about my treatment and how the process would work, and I felt like I was in safe hands. Since the treatment my sleep has been better and more consistent and I’m excited for my next visit!
This was my first experience with acupuncture and cupping and Katherine made me feel very comfortable, while also educating me on the holistic foundations of eastern medicine. I live a very active lifestyle and found both treatments to relieve soreness and increase relaxation. I highly recommend and will certainly be returning in the future.
