Worst experience ever! Alex I believe is her name that’s what I was told anyway. Was too lazy to run test on my younger son that was in pain. Got told he looked great and was going off of test results from a few months ago when he had RSV to diagnose him with what was happening in the present. I felt like my sons needs didn’t matter all I wanted was answers because I was sad seeing my 5 year old in pain! We decided to go somewhere else and he got diagnosed at Kaiser. It was very nice. Very easy to get my DOT. I did not feel any kind of pressure.
The physical therapist I worked with was very knowledgeable and explained everything that she was going to have me do. The exercises we did did hurt a little, but I work through it and I’ve been doing my exercise exercises every other hour.
