It was a pleasure to spend a few days with the team at Katherine & Griffiths House (Cote Charity). Having carried out a pharmacist medication audit, two medication training sessions & an error reduction workshop, I found the team to be very engaged, proactive and committed. Their friendly, professional and caring approach was evident throughout, as was their positive attitude towards a "Learning Culture"
