3 family members have had their tax processed by this firm. We have had minimal communication while waiting 4/5 weeks for our tax to be completed. In the end I went onto my Gov and printed my tax and rang the company concerning a debt to be paid. Receptionist said she would pass the message onto the manager. Another 2/3 weeks and received a letter saying they were direct debiting my account. Not impressed. Very unprofessional. Will not use again.
