Katharses is a therapeutic experience, when people of all ages get to let out their anger and stress in a safe, non-judgmental and fun environment. We want to help prevent people from holding in or burying their anger because that can lead to the endangerment of others or themselves. ITS ALSO LOTS OF FUN!!!

Second time here. Brought a friend this time. Both sessions very therapeutic. Great safe way to express pent up anger! Staff is great and they have a great Playlist!

Super fun, drove 2.5 hours just to do this and it was worth it.
Very unsafe and not as fun as you would think it would be. They don’t give you nearly enough protective equipment. And broken glass flies out of the room so you can’t even watch somebody else do it without risking injury. Would not recommend.
We showed up and it wasn't what we expected. My friends and I were looking forward to it, but when we arrived, it was underwhelming. It was also very unsafe, as the equipment was subpar, and there is a large opening where bystanders got showered with glass. There also were only glass bottles. We were visiting from the States and we feel our time and money was wasted.
