Awful. She treated my cousin so terribly after her mother died. My cousin stopped by just to see what was the next step after my aunt died. No one was in the waiting area to help my cousin but there was a sign up to wait..which she did for a 1/2 hour but needed to move on with her day. My cousin emailed Ms. Williams that day telling her she had stopped by (since she just came from the funeral home around the corner) and asked if she could make an appointment.
