The 4 stars go to Marina the manager at this location. We had a wonderful thoughtful discussion. She took my comment personally and she works hard to ensure customer service is a top priority. I have specific complaint about one particular person on this location. I knew what I wanted so I picked couple of purses.. my saleswoman went to grab new pieces while I was waiting. My kids were in the store with me and my daughter was looking at the jewelry. Other store associate started to yell at me that jewelry is very fragile and it can break.
