When you do a search on their website, all prices are wrong. It looks as though they are baiting and switching. I've spoken to customer care regarding this for months and everytime they said they are aware and are looking into it but it has not been resolved. False advertisement continues. Secondly I ordered a bag and requested monogramming. Their website shows how the monogramming is supposed to look. BEWARE, the monogram you receive looks nothing like the website shows. These days I communicated with KS (Kate *****) customer service and customer service mailbox countless times, I have been very tired. Now, I just hope that other customers will not repeat my unpleasant experiences.
