I wish I could give -5 stars. I purchased earrings for my daughters from Kate Spade as a Christmas gift. They like Minnie and thought that these look good!! Please don't buy them. After three days, I discovered that my daughters had the area infected. The area is bleeding, and there is pus coming out of it. I contacted the customer service, and they were absolutely unhelpful. Since these were bought in store, they asked me to go back to that specific store to return it and that it should still have the package. Ha! Add to th... read more

I absolutely love this store and the customer service provided to me . I appreciate the friendliness of the sales associates. One in particular Will assisted me with phenomenal services and was so knowledgeable with product . I definitely recommend 10 out of 10 .

So my wife bought a purse here a week ago. She wore it once but didn’t like it. They have a 30 day return policy so we went to return it. The lady working there had a European accent refused to return it she said that because she wore the bag they couldn’t return it. It’s only been 8 days and they have a 30 day return policy. Kinda crazy they wouldn’t take it back or give me store credit or anything. Terrible customer service.
