I placed an order for a daily tote for my Mother as a gift. She doesn’t get to treat herself very often so I wanted to get her a nice bag. The day I ordered, I noticed that the website was “jumpy”. I put one color bag in my cart and it would automatically change to another. I checked my cart several times before finally checking out. Once I received my bag, I realized I did in fact get the wrong color.
