I had such a wonderful experience with Samantha at the Kate Spade store in Metropolis at Metrotown! I had an issue with my handbag warranty, but because I had to travel, I couldn’t come in right away. Samantha kindly reassured me that my warranty would still be valid and told me she would be happy to help when I got back.
