Called the store from Calgary to ask if they have a style of bag im looking for. Ekta answered with enthusiasm. She confirm that the one im looking for is still available to their store. She sent me a picture first. Then when i confirmed that i would like to take the bah, She processed the transaction smoothly and shipped the item here in Calgary. Juliana the store manager is everything. She is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and personable. She really tries to go above and beyond for all of her customers. I've had wonderful interactions with her team as well. Highly recommend! Definitely my go to location for all purchases, especially now the boutique location can place orders for outlet items too!
