I bought an earring and I didn’t realize there was a stone missing, I went to my local store and, they said they could not do anything about it . So I called the Toronto store and I spoke to Etha , she was very happy to help , she arranged with the staff at the local store , I think it was Ashiana to exchange the damaged item . She sent me a picture first. Then when i confirmed that i would like to take the bah, She processed the transaction smoothly and shipped the item here in Calgary.
