Honestly I have shopped at Kate Spade for many years and I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire life. They did not inform me about anything when buying an item, they spoke in attitude towards me maybe even race and age discrimination. They honestly don’t know much about the store themselves they try to create an act to save themselves.
