After my daughter who lives in Kansas City received rude and surly customer service with an online order that was canceled by Kate Spade, I called Kate Spade’s Waterside Shoppes location in Naples near my home to locate the item. After explaining the situation to an employee, Gabby Cesaratti took it upon herself to find the merchandise, gift wrap the purchase and overnight it to me free of charge!!!
