All three ladies were very kind and fun to chat with. I went in ready to treat myself and found the cutest little spring flower beauty. I am a very frugal person but do appreciate a well-made bag, and this was a great experience.
I had a great experience working with this location on placing an order and shipping. Rhonda was so patient and helpful the customer service went above and beyond.
Visited this Black Friday, bought a bag, Sunday morning went to return this and I am told it’s final sale. Nowhere in the store it mentions its Final sale. The receipt also doesn’t say the bag is 50% off . Nobody mentions its final sale, only 50% off exclusions apply. Rude manager and the employees do not have an answer why nowhere it mentions final sale. Also, Kate spade customer service has no answer. Only after buying it you get to know its final sale. No return no exchange
