I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at the Kate Spade store in Oak Brook, IL. I was in town on business, and my daughter picked me up so we could visit a few local stores. Kate Spade had been on my list for a while, and I’m so glad we made the stop! Zohra I adore you! I went in about a week ago just to browse and I honestly felt like I was a VIP or something. Zohra had the best energy and was so attentive, informative and helpful. Lately I’ve had some very lackluster experiences lately when actually needing help shopping so it was very refreshing to have an experience like this while just browsing.
