Excellent service and care by Mariam and staff. I bought a gift and I am always picky about little defects if any to the product. I asked Mariam to kindly grab a new purse from the back as it was a gift and I wanted to make sure it was pristine. Mariam was so helpful and patient and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. So I went into Kate spade looking for a purse for Mother's Day wasn't greeted or wasn't asked for help they just stared at me and my significant other probably because the way we were dressed. They were talking to each other in a small clique. It also wasn't busy either. I was interested into buying a purse but their service was giving rude so didn't feel like giving them any type of commission or compensation.
I had the greatest experience there all thanks to Maryam!!! I unfortunately had a warranty issue and the bag was a Mother’s Day gift. It was now sold out almost everywhere at every location, every state, and Maryam called all of the stores that showed they “might” have one left until she found the bag for me!! She was in constant communication with me the whole time too! She had the other store ship the bag to their location and let me know as soon as it came in, Which was very fast by the way!
