I went to Kate after a critical illness left me weak, fatigued, and overall body aches. She took time to really listen and understand what I’m going through. Her kind and gentle demeanor put me at ease. Of everything I’ve tried I’m really feeling better after my visits with her. The office is clean, homey and welcoming. I’d give 10 stars if I could

Kate is a great listener. She gave me full attention to understand my back pain and how to provide the best treatment. She let me know what to expect during my session and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I felt like she took her time to address my concerns and provide recommendations. She was inviting, clean, and professional.
Kate Rudigier is an amazing Acupuncturist and I’m so grateful that my friend suggested her! She has a warm and accepting way about her which makes it easy to be vulnerable with her.
