Kathryn "Kate" Kager is an excellent masseuse. She is a good listener too. When I expressed my goals for my massage, she worked hard to make it happen. She is very well educated in her chosen modalities and if you don't have a great experience, I will eat my hat.
I came to Kathryn with muscle-strain issues in my back that had been bothering me for more than a month. In a single session, she was able to identify the source of these pains and provide long-term relief. This was my first ever massage and I had no idea what to expect but the experience was amazing! Kate was very sweet and communicative and the entire massage was relaxing with the perfect amount of firmness. I have no idea what techniques she was using but they were the right ones for me:) Would 100% recommend to anyone!
Kate is awesome! Whether I need therapy or just to relax, I always walk away feeling amazing.
